"Where there's water, there's life"


There's a town here called Lake Sebu. It is considered the "Summer Capital of Southern Mindanao". That's in the Philippines, my green world. 


Visitors are always, always welcomed by a culture so rich and thriving. A culture so outstanding, unique, yet very Filipino. You will experience the culture of an indigenous tribe - a proud ancestry. 


Lake Sebu has fantastic things to offer:


* Banca ride (local canoe)
* Fishing (freshwater fish)
* Exploring the Seven Falls (yes, seven!)
* Flying through the Zipline, where you don't only get to see the tree tops - but the water falls as well! This is what sets the Lake Sebu Zipline apart from the rest. How cool is that!


There are a lot of other things to do here. A rich variety of animals on water and on land attract tourists, not to mention the really charming ways of the natives. 


Lake Sebu has a rich cultural landscape, with the T'boli tribe living in harmony with other Filipino tribes. Each tribal group is unique - as seen from its colorful clothing, jewelry, language, music, and etc. 


Around Southern Philippines, this place is popular. A good number of foreigners also come to visit - perhaps because of the perfect landscape, or the really placid lake, perhaps the Seven Falls, or simply because of the unique tribal culture.


I love visiting this place - it is so cool. You breathe in clean air! Noise seems to be a foreign word, at least while I'm walking along the magnificent green fields. I'm so thankful to experience Lake Sebu - God's gift to the world!
